Sean C. Domnick is a Board-Certified civil trial lawyer and Shareholder in the law firm of Domnick Cunningham & Whalen. Mr. Domnick spent over four years litigating Wisekal v. LabCorp, a precedent setting case in cervical cancer misdiagnosis. The case resulted in a $21 million jury verdict in favor of the Wisekal family, the largest recorded verdict against the Pap Smear industry.
Mr. Domnick currently serves as President Elect of the American Association for Justice and is a Past President of the Palm Beach County Justice Association. He has served on the Board of the Florida Justice Association since 1996 and is also Past President of the Miami Dade Trial Lawyers Association.
