Trial Lawyer View

Trial Lawyer View Podcast is dedicated to trial lawyers. It is for and all about the modern-day warriors who fight for the injured. We delve into cutting edge issues of the trial lawyer’s practice as well as look at ways to improve the practice. In addition, we periodically discuss select issues facing the practice like law firm marketing, litigation funding, compliance issues related to settlement and other relevant topics. Hosted by Jason D. Lazarus, a renowned legal services industry expert and author of “The Art of Settlement”.

Our first guest was Sean Domnick, President-Elect of AAJ.  Sean C. Domnick is a Board-Certified civil trial lawyer and Shareholder in the law firm of Domnick Cunningham & Whalen. Mr. Domnick spent over four years litigating Wisekal v. LabCorp, a precedent setting case in cervical cancer misdiagnosis. The case resulted in a $21 million jury verdict in favor of the Wisekal family, the largest recorded verdict against the Pap Smear industry.

In our second episode of Trial Lawyer View, TLV host and Synergy CEO Jason D. Lazarus has a wide-ranging heartfelt discussion with guest Nathan Carter of Colling Gilbert Wright & Carter about representing him after he was struck by a car while cycling, cases Nathan has handled that have made a difference, his philosophies on the practice of law and taking the risk to start a new law firm while enduring the death of one of his founding partners.

Our third episode of  Trial Lawyer View, TLV host and Synergy CEO Jason D. Lazarus sits down with Rich Newsome of Newsome Melton.
